Question 1: What kind of support will I have?
Superior Suite is backed by a team with extensive experience. Inside you'll have access to our AI Support bot for immediate help on platform related questions, which includes "how-to" use instructions on various features. Any advanced questions or issues you may have regarding the use of the platform and it's features will be swiftly supported.
Question 2: Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at anytime. If you cancel before your free trial is over, you will not be charged the monthly or annual amount (dependent on the plan you chose).
Question 3: How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Question 4: Are there refunds?
We do not offer any refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions due to the nature of this product. All sales are final. You keep access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle if you cancel.
Question 5: Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we occasionally offer free trials. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges apply. Communication and usage surcharges may apply during your trial period.
Question 6: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (with prorated billing). Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Question 7: Are there extra charges?
Yes, usage-based fees may apply for SMS, calls, emails, AI credits, or additional users beyond plan limits.
Question 8: Is Superior Suite available Worldwide?
Yes, but usage rates for SMS and calls may vary by country. Additionally: taxes and fees vary by country.
Question 9: Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard security practices, and you control your data.
Question 10: What happens if I stop paying?
Your account will be suspended, and your data may be deleted after account cancellation. This includes any purchased phone numbers that you may not be able to retrieve in the future.
